- IT Tools: MS-Office and Tally for Raising Purchase Orders.
- Well versed with Purchase of Building Materials and Equipment for setting up of Factory.
- Should have experience in purchase of Electrical items, Office Equipment, Furniture, Cemenet Steel and Sand and other construction material.
- Should have the experience of negotiating and managing credit with Local vendors for Diesel, Stationery, Items of Mess and Canteen etc.
- Should be able to handle a mix of Admin Plus Purchase
- 7-8 Years experience working in HDPE Plant.
- Should have vendor contacts for purchasing Raw material for HDPE Plant.
- Should have vendor contacts for purchasing spares for HDPE Pipe Machines and HDPE Fittings machines.
- Should have contacts to purchase recycled HDPE Materialf or HDPE.
- Should have Handled Purchase of no Less than 80-100 Crore Annually.
- Good working knowledge, record and book keeping using MS-office and any Manufacturing ERP.
- 7-8 Years experience working in HDPE Plant.
- Should have knowledge of the process flow in HDPE Plant.
- Should have kept ther ecords and managed stores in HDPE for Raw Material, Plant & Machinery and Scrap for atleast 5 years.
- Should have worked in a HDPE Plant that is producing pipes of atleast 500mm.
- Should have worked in a factory with a minimum turnover of 75 Crore.
- Good working knowledge, record and book keeping using MS-office and any Manufacturing ERP.

Job Description
- Lead, Plan, develop, and implement strategy for resource optimization, operational efficiency and new development to meet organizational objectives within defined time lines and budgets. Clear focus on Time, Quality and Cost.
- Handling and ensuring smooth operation activity at unit level. Provide leadership and direct all operations across by developing adequate review systems and procedures to ensure efficient operations and new on-site project developments.
- Meet monthly and yearly production targets managing the approve budgets. Build robust safety culture and ensure safe work place targeting zero accident, zero incident.
- Ensure effective preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize the equipment down time and production loss. Meeting the quality standards as per the defined criteria.
- Effective management and optimum utilization of resources e.g. Manpower, Machine, Energy, raw material, utility vehicle etc.
- Design the work and system for running unit and operation activity smooth. Prepare and implement SOP. Implement and comply IMS, build customer centric processes and reviews.
- Prepare quarterly analytical report and MIS along with actionable recommendations for management review.
- Build, develop and retain team who can contribute in meeting organizational objectives.
- Ensure to fulfil all the compliances, Liaison with Govt. authorities, Pollution Control Board, Factory Inspector etc. Networking with Influencers and stakeholders to build positive image for the organization.
Requirements/Must have
- Should have worked in plant that produces pipes upto 1000mm Dia.
- Should have Handled major equipment from WINDSOR, KABRA & JWELL.
- Should have Installed HDPE Plants of capacity not less that 20000 Tonnes/Annum
- Should have handled Plant Managers, Operators and Labour for a minimum of 6 HDPE Lines working in 2 shifts full year.
- Be well versed with the HDPE technology, Electronic Process Systems like Volumetric and Gravimetric systems, Chillers from KOCH, GWK, CONAIR etc.
- Should have the knowledge of DIES, MANDRELS etc for working on INJECTION MOULDING MACHINES.
- Should have the knowledge of Running a Factory, Shift Programming for workers.
- Should have the knowledge of complete process of BIS, ISO, EHS for HDPE Industry.
- Should be able to co-ordinate and Install the HDPE Lines and setup the HDPE factory.
- B.E /B.Tech, full time course from recognized Institute
- 15-18 years of Relevant experience - Continuous process Plants
- Hands on with MS Office
- Excellent communicator who has worked in cross functional teams
- Leadership opportunity working in close coordination with top management
- Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking for analysis of engineering standards and their applicability. Coaching and mentoring skills.
- Experience of having worked with ERP.
